Yin Yoga is a commune with your subtle body. The style is interdisciplinary, a collaboration of Taoism, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Hatha Yoga (pranayama, koshas, nadis & vayus), Tantra, Fascia Trains & meditation. This floor sequence involves lengthy held postures with focus upon breath, intention, chakras, meridians, anatomy & spirit. Yin Yoga communicates with the deeper, denser tissues such as ligaments, bones & joints with the intention of creating a harmonious flow of Qi and Blood throughout the body.

Rebecca has a 30 year yoga practice, is a Meditation, Yin Yoga & Pranayama teacher & has been an Acupuncturist & Dr of Traditional Chinese Medicine since 2003.

These unique classes combine Yin Yoga & Pranayama for a deeper spiritual experiential journey into your body, mind & soul.
