Day 1 - The Ageless Wisdoms teachings, Exploring the Chakras from root to crown, scanning the Subtle Body, using a pendulum and tuning forks. Hands on experience with key New Encoding Patterns such as Integration Synthesis, Crown Infinity Shaoyin, Anterior Qi Flow and Wingmaker Frequency.

Day 2 - Sacred Geometry, Tier levels of Density, fine tuning your skills and trusting your intuition, practitioner self care and hands on experience with New Encoding Patterns, Cube on Cube, Six Surrounding One and Discern the Whisper.

Day 3 - Hands on experience New Encoding Patterns, Eight Heart Gates, Tree of Life Astral & Esoteric Shaoyin Heart. The afternoon session features The 361 Antahkarana Meditation Sequence, a foundational limb of Esoteric Acupuncture and a profound practice for spiritual awakening and Inner Plane Work.

This intricate sequence activates and harmonises 36 + 1 Heart and Spirit acupuncture points, weaving together the principles of Sacred Geometry, the Ancient Hindu Chakra System, and the Subtle Energy Field. It offers a unique, integrative approach to meditation that aligns your energetic anatomy with higher frequencies of consciousness.

Through a guided visualisation, the 361 Antahkarana Meditation Sequence invites you to journey inward, exploring your energetic pathways, awakening your connection to the Higher Self, and aligning with universal and cosmic energies.

It is a potent tool for spiritual growth, self-discovery, and the upliftment of humanity consciousness, opening the way for deeper service and heart-centred evolution.

New Encoding Patterns can be installed and activated using your healing tools of choice, such as tuning forks, Reiki hands, crystals, Swords of Light & Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils. Reasonable knowledge of acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine is necessary in order to attend.

  • My Journey with Esoteric Acupuncture

    When I was first introduced to Esoteric Acupuncture in 2011, I had already been in full-time self-employment as a healer for almost 20 years. By that point, I had poured my heart and soul into my work, dedicating myself to helping others heal whilst having a positive influence upon my community. Yet, despite my experience, extra studies, devotion and commitment to the healing arts, something wasn’t right. My business wasn’t flourishing.

    No matter how much effort I put in, everything felt difficult, as if I was constantly swimming upstream. There were moments of deep frustration, even heart-wrenching despair. I questioned everything. I often felt alone, unsupported by life and uncertain why the natural flow of prosperity and abundance eluded me.

    Then I came across a flyer advertising Esoteric Acupuncture and was very fortunate enough to study directly with Dr. Mikio Sankey L.Ac., completing four advanced trainings in Esoteric Acupuncture, & six with Alison Clark-Daly. This commitment has blossomed into a lifelong respect and adoration for Esoteric Acupuncture and has positively influenced only absolutely everything in my entire life. True.

    Through this unique body of work, I came to understand that the root of my struggle wasn’t external, it was energetic. My subtle anatomy was out of alignment, and until I addressed this, I would continue to experience resistance in my outer reality.

    With Esoteric Acupuncture’s core concepts, I began working at a deeper vibrational level beyond the physical, beyond symptoms, beyond the seen. I completely devoted myself to the Antahkarana Meditation and slowly introduced New Encoding Patterns into my clinical practice. What happened next was nothing short of extraordinary.

    ✨ My diary became full to overflowing without any change to my marketing, new patients began to flow in effortlessly.
    ✨ My relationships truely blossomed and I felt no longer timid and fearful. I felt safer and more confident in all my communications and felt deeper clarity, connection and love, especially within my relationship with myself.
    ✨ My higher purpose became crystal clear as if a veil had been lifted. I began to feel divinely guided and, together with spiritual support, began to teach New Encoding Patterns as a meditation to others.
    ✨ Life, abundance and opportunities began to flow effortlessly.

    For the first time, I experienced a level of alignment that was not only professional but deeply personal and spiritual.

    This is why I teach Esoteric Acupuncture today, including the Antahkarana and Esoteric Acupuncture Meditation & Pranayama, because I know firsthand that when we shift our subtle anatomy we unlock greater ease, clarity and flow in every aspect of life. It is not simply about healing the body. This is a path to true transformation and to living in harmony with your soul’s highest purpose.
